With the Prague Card you can also buy 3-days Transport Pass. 
It is valid 72 hours from the moment of validation in the whole
Prague Public Transport System. Public transport system consists of Metro - underground, trams, buses and Petřín funicular.

The ticket is validated in the validating machine immediately after entering a bus, tram, underground or funicular station for he first time. You don't validate it again when changing.

The ticket is to be put inside the validating machine in the direction of printed arrow. Validating machines are mounted on grab bars next to the door on vehicles and at entrances to the ticket compulsory area
of underground and funicular.
